The full apparatus of careful outreach.
Every capability below serves one promise: an operator can always tell what will send, who approved it, what has happened so far, and what action is safe to take next.
Who you may reach, settled before you write.
An audience in Nuncia is not a spreadsheet upload. It is a record of who agreed to hear from you, and who must never be contacted again.
- Contacts and custom fields
- Import from CSV with field mapping, deduplication, and validation. Every contact carries its own history: campaigns received, replies sent, consent recorded.
- Segments
- Build audiences from tags, fields, and activity. Segments are evaluated live while you plan and frozen the moment a campaign is approved.
- Suppression lists
- Opt-outs and do-not-contact entries are enforced at dispatch, not at planning. A suppressed contact cannot receive a message from any campaign, by anyone, on any number.
- Consent on record
- Where and when a contact agreed to be reached is stored with the contact. When someone asks why a message was sent, the answer is in the record.
Approve to send. Not send and hope.
A campaign moves through named states, and each transition is somebody's deliberate act. Nothing drifts from draft to sent.
- 01
Draft
Compose against an approved template. Preview exactly what each recipient will receive, merge fields resolved.
- 02
Review
Submit for approval. The reviewer sees the final message and the exact audience, with exclusions and suppressions itemized.
- 03
Approved
The audience snapshot freezes and the template version pins. What was signed is what sends, even if lists change later.
- 04
Dispatch
Sending paces itself under each number's daily band. Pauses carry a stated reason. Progress is live, not estimated.
Follow-up sequences extend the same discipline past the first message: greet a contact the moment they are created, drip a series when a tag is applied, or nudge people who went quiet. Enrollment, progress, and exits are visible for every step.
Conservative by default, because the number is yours.
Bulk tools optimize for volume and surface risk only after a number is restricted. Nuncia inverts that: risk controls run before and during every send.
Warmup engine
New numbers begin on a low daily allowance that grows only when the number's record supports it. A number showing strain holds its band or steps down; one in danger freezes.
Paced dispatch
Messages leave at humane intervals under each number's current band. Nuncia will stretch a campaign across days rather than spend a number's reputation in an afternoon.
Account health
Every connected number carries a live health status with the reasons behind it. Degraded numbers are throttled before they become banned numbers.
Attention queue
Anything needing a human, a QR re-scan, a paused campaign, a degraded number, waits in one queue with the reason and the safe next action stated.
Run it as a team, answer for it as a team.
Shared inbox
Replies from every connected number arrive in one three-pane inbox. The same person writing from two of your numbers appears as one conversation. Assign threads, leave internal notes, answer with canned replies, attach media.
Live analytics
Delivery, read, and reply rates update as they happen, per campaign, per number, and per teammate. Metrics exist to answer questions, not to decorate a dashboard.
Audit trail
Every approval, send, pause, suppression, and settings change is written to an immutable log with actor and timestamp. Compliance reviews become reading, not archaeology.
Roles and permissions
Composing, approving, sending, replying, and billing are separate capabilities. An operator who drafts cannot approve their own work unless you decide they can.
One registry. More wires over time.
Nuncia's account model is channel-agnostic: a connected account is a connected account, whatever network it speaks. Each new platform joins the same audiences, approvals, inbox, and audit trail. Adding one is an addition, not a rewrite.
Connect numbers you own by QR link. Warmup, pacing, health, templates, and the shared inbox are all in service today.
Direct messages from your professional account, with the same review gates before anything is sent.

Roadmap order may change with demand. If one of these channels matters to your operation now, tell us and we will tell you honestly where it stands.
The registry opens with the channel you already use.
Connect a number, warm it up, and run your first reviewed campaign. New channels will meet you where your records already are.
