Trust is a property of the workflow.
Nuncia's first customers answer to ministries, patients, and courts. The protections below are not policies we wrote afterwards; they are how the product works.
Consent and suppression are enforced at dispatch
Suppression lists and consent records are checked when a message leaves, not when a list is uploaded. A contact who opted out cannot be reached by any campaign, from any number, by any operator. There is no override switch to find in settings, because there is no override switch.
Nothing sends without review
Campaigns move through an explicit approval gate. Reviewers see the final message and the exact frozen audience, with exclusions itemized. Composing and approving are separate permissions, so no one has to be trusted with both unless you choose to trust them with both.
The audit trail is immutable
Approvals, sends, pauses, suppressions, permission changes, and billing events are written to an append-only log with actor and timestamp. The log is evidence, and evidence does not get edited.
Organizations are isolated
Every record is scoped to your organization. Contacts, conversations, templates, and analytics are never shared across tenants, and every query the backend runs is bound to the organization making it.
Access is authenticated, roles are explicit
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, with multi-factor authentication available to every account and single sign-on available on Enterprise. Inside the organization, capabilities such as compose, approve, send, reply, and manage billing are granted role by role.
Your numbers remain yours
Nuncia connects WhatsApp numbers you already own through a session you can sever at any time, the same way you would unlink WhatsApp Web. Disconnecting a number stops all sending from it immediately.
What we do not claim
We do not hold formal certifications yet, and we will not imply otherwise with a wall of badges. If your procurement process has specific requirements, ask us directly and you will get a direct answer about where we stand.
Bring your hardest questions.
Security reviews, procurement questionnaires, and data-handling questions all reach a human who knows the system.
