What happens when I reach my monthly message cap?

On the Free plan, sending pauses until the next month begins; nothing is lost, and queued work resumes automatically. On paid plans, messages beyond your included volume are metered as overage, so a busy month never blocks a campaign mid-send.

How does overage billing work?

Paid plans include a monthly message volume. Messages beyond it are counted by a usage meter and billed at the end of the cycle through our payment provider, Polar. You can watch usage against your included volume from the billing page at any time.

Do I need to buy phone numbers from you?

No. Nuncia connects WhatsApp numbers you already own. You link a number by scanning a QR code, the same way you would link WhatsApp Web, and it remains yours throughout.

Will my number get banned for using Nuncia?

No tool can promise zero risk, and you should distrust any that does. Nuncia is built to keep risk low: new numbers warm up gradually, sending is paced under each number's daily band, suppression lists are enforced before dispatch, and anything that looks unhealthy pauses with a stated reason instead of pushing through.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated and confirmed in the customer portal before anything is charged. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the paid period and then drops to Free without deleting your data.

What counts as a message?

Each outbound message dispatched by a campaign or sequence counts once. Replies you receive and messages your team writes in the shared inbox do not count against your volume.
